We are The Bomb Tech Experience, a bomb technician owned and operated team-building exercise company that creates structured “performance under pressure” environments that go beyond puzzle solving.

All devices encountered are inert and the environment is controlled, but the roles your team takes on are the real roles, and real decision cycles that a bomb squad would have to take on during a response operation. Teams practice decision-making, communications, and critical thinking while solving time-sensitive problems. They also learn about and depend on their team-mates unique, and often hidden talents and knowledge.

There is genuine ambiguity that will push your people out of their comfort zones while offering an opportunity to attempt x‑ray interpretation of a device, triage what actions need to be taken in what order, and identify and neutralize booby‑traps encountered while working their way toward the hard problems.

Built for real teams
Designed for small groups that need to operate as a unit, typically 7 to 12 participants. Run a standard half-day or extend to a full day for deeper rotations and more scenarios. We bring the equipment, the facilitators, and the structure.
