The Bomb Tech Experience Packages & Pricing

The Bomb Tech Experience (BTX) is offered by EOD Elite Staffing , a VLG company. It is a high-pressure team lab that tests communication, role clarity, and fast decisions. We use all-inert training props, a controlled environment, and professional bomb technician facilitators. Pricing shown is for up to 12 participants per run, on-site at your venue.

Core Packages

While scenarios may change from location to location or availability of training spaces, and makeup of anticipated customer teams may affect scenario complexity, the deliverables for each event will remain the same based on the core package requested. Below is a list of the Core packages offered.

Base Package (4 hours)

This includes facilitated scenarios (e.g., boobytrapped corridor, collar/vest device, large device), a safety brief + after-action review, 4 BTX staff to, all gear, participant PPE, and pass/fail logs.

Extended Package (6 Hours)

This includes all Standard features + added scenarios, deeper rotations, more information on bomb squad response tactics, as well as a more in-depth after-action review.

Same-Day Tandem Option

Selecting this option allows you to run two cohorts the same day (morning + afternoon), with a staggered reset between sessions. This option includes one extra facilitator and parallel station support.

Pricing Tiers

You know it as well as we do, particularly if you live there, it is more expensive to do things in major metropolitan areas than in a typical Mid-Western city. Because of this, The Bomb Tech Experience uses a tired pricing system based on event location.

Home Base

Everybody’s got to be from somewhere, and our home stations are in the Washington DC Metroplex, and Charleston SC area. The charges for an event in these areas are as follow:

  • Standard 4 hr. event – $6,500
  • Extended 6 hr. event – $8,900
  • Same-Day Tandem – $10,400 / $14,240

Major megalopolises. For example, NYC, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, and London.

  • Extended 6 hr. event – $9,790
  • Same-Day Tandem – $11,440 / $15,664
Tier 3 Cities

These are what you might consider “average-size” regional cities with populations between 100k–1M people within the US.

  • Extended 6 hr. event – $9,345
  • Same-Day Tandem – $10,920 / $14,952
