Extended 6-Hour Event

Goal:

Two cohorts in one day, same venue and scenarios, clean reset between runs, consistent outcome measurement.

Staffing:

Lead Facilitator, Safety/Medic, Facilitator Tech Operator, Actor/Logistics.

Minimum Space Required:

2 rooms or one divisible space of ~1,600–2,000 sq ft, one bay area or conference room (optional), plus one corridor or stairwell.

Optimal Schedule:

  • 07:30 – 09:00 – Load‑in, checks, device arming (inert), sensor tests
  • 09:00 – 09:20 – Cohort A safety brief, role cards, comms protocol
  • 09:20 – 10:15 – Gate 1: Booby‑trapped corridor
  • 10:15 – 11:25 – Gate 2: Collar/vest device with x‑ray review
  • 11:25 – 12:25 – Gate 3: Large device, timed multi‑interlocks
  • 12:25 – 12:55 – AAR (A) with quick insights capture

Tracking and Instrumentation:

  • Pass/fail triggers logged at each station
  • Time marks for decision points
  • Scribed notes for comms clarity, role hand‑offs, and scenario escalation choices
  • If the formal learning package is added, we run the 5‑item pre/post pulse and add certificates for both cohorts

Same-Day Tandem Event

Goal:

Two cohorts in one day, same venue and scenarios, clean reset between runs, consistent outcome measurement.

Staffing:

Incident Lead, Device Lead, Safety/Medic, Tech Operator, Actor/Logistics.

Minimum Space Required:

2 rooms or one divisible space of ~1,600–2,000 sq ft, plus one corridor or stairwell.

Optimal Schedule:

  • 07:30 – 09:00 – Load‑in, checks, device arming (inert), sensor tests
  • 09:00 – 09:20 – Cohort A safety brief, role cards, comms protocol

Pricing includes all equipment, facilitators, insurance, setup, and takedown. Travel and venue costs vary by location.

  • In secure outdoor spaces suitable for mobile training environments
